About the Band

Well, do you have never heard of Papery Pop?
Kinda weird!
But media are rather selective! Maybe we are not their political taste or simply too old.

Papery Pop wants to open your eyes for things that media are blind for. We want to unmask mankind, the human.
On the other hand there are also songs about personal life, about experiences. We like to talk by pictures, sometimes with uncommon phrases. All these lyrics are wrapped in a melodic sound (in our view).
At times the melody maybe even more important, the deep inner turned to the outside.

An important request: Please don't resent our English language mistakes on the site and in the lyrics! We aren't English natives.
Also, the recordings and mixing is not totally professional.

The songs are containing a lot of vocals, melody guitar passages and a wide range of instruments played on keyboards. Sometimes the bass guitar plays very uncommon melodic riffs you've never heard before. The drums is more of this deep integrated and coloured kind of the late 60s and early 70s (that's when we were youngsters!).

Although we are in an advanced age, we won't let us stop releasing our music. The songs shall quit their papery-only existance and spring to life.
Long time ago we have recorded 2 albums that are currently no more available. We hope that these recordings can be restored, newly mixed and re-released. Of course there are also a lot of newer songs that should be released, too.
